Coleslaw, essential for pulled pork sandwiches and barbecue chicken. You can’t have a BBQ without it! Here is a simple coleslaw dressing recipe that you can whip up in no time, without all the extra junk they put in dressings these days!
We had a great week at Steve’s family’s beach house! Thank you Nana and Grandpa for letting me shoot photos in your kitchen! We had so much fun goofin’ around!
Start by whisking the dressing ingredients together! 2/3 of a cup of mayo, 1/3 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, 2 Tablespoons of dijon mustard, 2 Tablespoons of honey, 2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar (or apple cider!), 1 Tablespoon of grated onion, 1 Tablespoon of celery seed, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper!
Combine the dressing with 2 bags of coleslaw (shredded cabbage with carrots). Let ist in the fridge so the flavors can blend a bit and serve!!
